Niacinamide, also known as vitamin B3, is an antioxidant that is believed to help with dark circles and hyperpigmentation while also assisting in building immunity to UV rays and fighting off external stressors that help cause premature aging. “Tone-correcting soy” is in the mix to moisturize skin and even tone while working with niacinamide to fade the appearance of dark spots.
